Chipotle Mexican Grill

On vacation in Orlando my family and I came in to order and to go order. Unfortunately while waiting in line we notice the staff member being disrespected due to them not providing a large amount of chips to them, and asked to call corporate or the head manger due to the staff just doing their job. I truly hope that on this day none of those staff members get in trouble etc. as the staff members all were very professional, patient and very friendly. Thank you all for providing great service.

I visit this Chipotle almost every week, and I usually order the same thing because I know what I like. This time, I arrived a little late to pick up my order, but when I checked the pickup kiosk, my food wasn’t there. When I asked the staff about it, they confirmed that it had been made but must have been taken by someone else. That’s when Ty stepped in with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Without hesitation, she reassured me that they’d remake my order, and in less than two minutes, I had a freshly made meal ready to go. After a long day, that level of kindness and efficiency really meant a lot. Huge shoutout to Ty and the team for handling the situation with such professionalism and care! Now, to whoever took my order; if you truly needed that meal, I sincerely hope things get better for you. No one should have to struggle to eat. But if this was just done for the sake of taking something that wasn’t yours, I want to gently remind you (and others) that this kind of thing does hurt businesses. Chipotle can likely absorb the cost, but when it happens to small businesses, it can have a much greater impact. As someone who works with small business owners regularly, I’ve seen how the little things add up, and supporting local businesses means respecting them too. All that said, this location gets five stars from me for their incredible team and dedication to customer service. If you’re in the area and want great food with great service, this is the spot!

Ordered online for Sunday lunch while visiting family — food was ready exactly on time, fresh, and perfectly customized. My steak bowl had white rice, corn salsa, extra sour cream, and cheese — and yes, I absolutely ate the rest for dinner too. Zero regrets, zero cooking. Everything was great, from order accuracy to pickup. Will definitely be back next time we need a no-cook day.
